The hottest food (stove hot) I have ever have in this kind of small eats. Curry noodle, chop saute vegetables, and BBQ pork were delicious. I have a hard time locating this place. Wish Google map shows the restaurant is located inside Capri Center. We went around a few times cannot see the from the outside. Finally found it next to the Independent Grocer store. We walked in through the back passing the restrooms.
Had to try this as I was craving for good Chinese food, and they have good reviews. It was hard to find the stall as google Maps directed us to the back parking. Did not disappoint at all. Very friendly aunties (although they may not be politically correct), fresh and tasty food, very affordable.

Both quality and quantity are great, the employees are friendly the price is reasonable as well. The only downside is the occasional long lines to place your order as they are located inside a strip mall, but that also shows how popular Yum Yum Tree is.

This is the best place to get quick Chinese food in Ktown! They make all the dishes one would want. Even a bit of Western food for that one person in your group If you haven't tried Yum Yum Tree you should because you're taste buds and belly are missing out!
It’s a food court style Chinese place but their food is always fresh (busy place so the food turns over) and the service is really friendly (much better than the place at the mall). They have a very loyal following of regular customers for a very good reason. The portions are smaller than the mall but so are the prices so I’m okay with that. Definitely worth a try for quick takeout.
Been eating here for 10 years. Food is always hot and fresh the family goes above and beyond with their little restaurant. Always a welcoming experience going to the yum yum tree. My favourite is won ton soup, sesame chicken, chowmein.
